Return & Refund Policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit can take a try or two and we’re here to make it easy for you.

📦 Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless the product you receive is damaged or defective.

If that’s the case:

  • Please drop us an email at support@volzashirts.com with your order ID and clear images of the defect within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse and verify the issue, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Note: Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.

 


 

🔁 Size Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges on all products, subject to the following:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • One free exchange per order is allowed.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit for the full amount. This credit will be valid for 6 months and can be used on any future purchase.

 


 



🚚 How to Initiate an Exchange or Report a Defect

  1. Email us at team@volzashirts.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for exchange or images of the defect

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps and pickup instructions.

  3. Once the product reaches us and passes quality check, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit.

 


 

❗Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if the product is found used or damaged upon receipt.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • COD orders are eligible for exchange/store credit only — no refunds.
